"Troy with Royal T Home Inspection, LLC inspected the house where we now live out in Locust Grove. He arrived early to start on the exterior and the inspection took a total of four and a half hours from start to finish. My wife and I were surprised by his efficiency simply because of the high level of detail and what appeared to be a very methodical but thorough routine. 

The thing that impressed us most about the service was how patient and understanding Troy was throughout the process. We had never been through a home inspection before but he took us by the hand and answered every question clearly and with kindness. Troy went above and beyond by not just pointing a water stain in the upstairs bedroom closet, he put a moisture detector on the area to see if it was old or new. He didn't stop there. He went up in the attic above the closet and confirmed that It was a past issue and was no longer an issue. He even suggested how to easily make the repair. 

I honestly have to say that the only thing Troy could do better in the future is take care of all the referral business that we've been sending his way like he took care of us, and perform our inspection once again when we sell and move to Myrtle."
